Shipping and handling is charged at our actual cost. We insure all boxes for full replacement value. At this time, we can only ship to the continental US.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and exceptional quality. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the problem. On certain items, returns are accepted, less shipping and handling charges. A 20% restock fee applies to returns on select items. Due to the bespoke nature of custom designed items, these are considered final sale. This will be communicated before items are made.
